Cookie and storage policy

We use as little client-side storage as possible — only what is strictly necessary for the store to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Draft template aligned with Polish and EU consumer law. It must be reviewed by a qualified Polish lawyer (radca prawny or adwokat) and completed with the company's registration details (KRS, NIP, REGON, registered address) before launch.

Strictly necessary storage

NEXT_LOCALE (cookie): remembers your language preference between visits. Set by the next-intl library.

pepvanta-cart (localStorage): preserves your cart so it survives a page reload.

pepvanta-cookie-consent (localStorage): records that you have seen this notice.

No analytics or marketing cookies

We currently use no cookies or similar technologies for analytics, tracking or marketing. As we rely only on strictly necessary storage, no prior consent is required under the ePrivacy rules and the Polish Telecommunications Law. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your explicit consent beforehand.

Payment provider

Payment via Revolut or bank transfer takes place outside our site, in your own banking or Revolut app, which you open yourself. We do not embed the payment provider on our site, so no third-party payment cookies are set here.
