Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
Withdrawal period
The period for withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. Where the order comprises several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you acquired possession of the last item.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — GLOBAL SUPPLY GROUP SP Z O O, [registered address], email info@pepvanta.com — of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Return of the goods and return costs
You must send back the goods to the address indicated by us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; we recommend tracked, temperature-controlled shipping. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to contracts in which the object of performance is goods delivered in a sealed package which, after opening, cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery (art. 38(5)). This applies in particular to sealed peptide vials once the seal has been broken.
